Welcome

Hi and welcome to the website for 58 Patricia Rd - unit E.  I put this site together to help spread some information about the unit that I am selling.  I have included some pictures and basic information (in the tabs above).  I have spent 5 years living here but it has been in my family for 10 additional, in the 5 years the townhouse has seen quite a few updates including remodeling both bathrooms, part of the kitchen and the living room.
